ART RESIN is the only Resin I use and recommend. It is by far the best! It does not yellow, is non toxic and simple to use. I have tried all other brands and there is no comparison.

This is a new Quadratic or 4 paneled piece prior to applying the Art Resin. These are cradled wood panels and I painted several layers using acrylics, inks and oils. Be sure ALL the paint is dry prior to applying Art Resin.

This is a close up that shows the somewhat rough surface of the painted panel. Also note that some of the paint is matte and some shimmers. I use a large variety of painting materials. By finalizing with Art Resin the surface becomes smooth and cohesive.

This image is freshly poured Art Resin, still wet,  but you can see already that the Art Resin is enhancing the color and depth of the piece.

Here is a close up of the freshly poured Art Resin with some bubbles. Very soon I went on a bubble killing mission with my blowtorch and flash light. Sounds scary but it is not. Art Resin is not flammable although things around you are so you need to be careful doing this. Watch the how to videos and read the instructions beforehand.

After all the bubbles are gone I cover with clean cardboard and leave alone for at least 24 hours. This prevents dust and things from landing in your fresh resin....that is so aggravating when it happens.

Here are the four panels covered in freshly cured Art Resin. Notice the glassy surface and reflection. The results for this piece are a softening of the overall painting. There appears to be much more depth revealing all the layers that previously seemed flat. Also, the Resin gives a clean contemporary vibe that I like in my work. I care about the quality and longevity of my work so Art Resin is perfect for preserving it.
